Ruprekt (20), Canterbury, England Nov 10, 2006 As inspector gadget once said, "wowsers!". Hoppy, light and fruity with a surprisingly punchy punch. A summer’s delight to be enjoyed in one’s garden with a pensioner (male or female?). AndrewC (42), Canterbury, Kent, England Mar 24, 2007 Bottle conditioned: An excellent beer. Staw brown in colour with a malty and slight lychee smell to it. Hints of strawberry, mellon and tangerine can be detected peaking out from the dominant malt and earthy hop body. JonMoore (1551), Loughborough, Leicestershire, England May 16, 2006 Bottle. Nice looking clear copper/amber coloured with a slim white head. Aroma of hops and fruit. Nice crisp hoppy and fruity flavour, with a nice bitter finish. medium bodied. A superior bitter. harrisoni (5359), Ashford, Kent, England May 16, 2005 Updated: Jul 17, 2005 Cask at Chambers, Folkestone, Kent. Copper coloured beer, perfumed hoppy smell. Hops dominate throughout with a good bitter finish. Some malty red fruit. Not at its best, but still one of my favourite Kent beers. Re-rate from Blakes Dover on gravity. More intense in the hop and also raspberry flavours. Does this use cascade hops? Brilliant. And top of the barrel too as it was not supposed to be on but ruth behind the bar let me have a pint anyway Magic_dave6 (4012), London, Greater London, England Sep 5, 2008 Bottle from kris wines.
