A non-denominational, nondescript beer without borders. Its primarily a wheat beer that once read a book about Belgium, and loves American TV sitcoms. Bingo Wings is a tribute to summer and the fads of buffing up and getting your bikini/mankini bod in shape. Its also brewed with ale malt, wheat malt and oats, hopped generously with NZ Riwaka, and spiced on the end of the boil with orange peel and white & pink peppercorns!

Bottle. Cloudy yellow with well retained white head and good lace. Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, peel, grains oats and hints of peppery spice. Creamy mouthfeel from the oats, Light med body, upfront hoppy grassy citrus tropical bitterness and hop flavour. Finishes lightly sweet with bitterness lingering and hop character grassy and citrus peel with grainy peppery notes. Enjoyable wheat ale at > the usual 15ibu mark! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours hazy golden with very fine white head. Nose is spicy, doughy, a little grass, a bit of tropical hops. Flavour is similar, with a good balance of spice, grass, bread and some stonefruit on the mid palate and a very biscuity finish. Light body, refreshing. Really achieves what it sets out to do.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique 270714. Orange amber colour with a good solid head of white foam. Peach and nectarine aromas are pleasant as is the flavour that fills the mouth with essence of tropical fruit salad.
