This beer has a yellow body - hue apperance and a fine white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a low carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is acid and all most like white beers.

Murky, very light-colored, generous head. Fruity aroma (cloudberry). Quite CO2-rich and yeasty. Quite like LaChouffe, yet more bitter. A very nice tripel.

Golden color, thick white frothy head. Aroma is spicy, citrus. Yeasty and spicy taste.

Citrus aroma. Golden color, large white head, good lace. Sweet, citrus, lots of bubbles but still soft. Little bitterness in the finish.

Sweet maltaroma with a hint of citrus. Sweetish at first, followed by a flowery hoppiness and some tartness. Bitter, slightly yeasty aftertaste. Maybe a bit thin.

Cirus, spicy aroma. Yellow coloured, cloudy. Nice head. Taste is a bit acidic, spicy and citrus. Bitter finish.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2005 Pepper lemon taste, light acidic. Hazy yellow-orange with a medium frothy, long lasting head. Yeast and orange nose. Peppery - spicey light taste. Kinda a grainy aftertaste. To fizzy for my taste. All in all boring

Light, pleasant yeasty nose; hazy dark yellow color; huge spongy head. Light orange, citrus malt body. Finish is bitter, gritty, and dirty. Thin and light. Nothing special but decent.

from what i can decipher from my drunken scratchings: nice 2 fat ladies chicken-wrapped-in-bacon aroma (eh??) very grainy-wheaty like hoegaarden grand cru. rounded banana. quite asjhdsdkfsdakfb (here the handwriting becomes illegible)

what i would imagine a koelschbock to be like. surprisingly dry and unsticky with good english breakfast hops. obviously not for all
