Draught @Aba-Jour, Gent 29iv14. Pours a mellifluous grainy honey, contained fruity, dry-yeasty nose. Classic Van Steenberge profile: flowers, pollen, grassy hops, on a slightly oily cardboard palate. Drinkable, if leadenly cemented in tired tripel traditions.

From 75cl bottle. Smells of apples and dried fruit. Slightly too carbonated with large bubbles. The taste is a bit thin.

In a 75cl bottle inGent. Very fruity aroma, like apples and maybe a bit of grapes. The color was quite weak. Very bubbly head. Rate is as fruity as the aroma. Not so good overall.

Cloudy pale yellow with good carbonation, though the top disappears relatively quickly. Some ripe banana, a bit to sweet for my taste. The hop does not get its point across because of this. Medium finish with some acidity. Nothing special

On tap at Dulle Griet. Hazy gold pour with thick white head. Grainy aroma, fresh crisp cereal, light lemony notes, light grassy hop aromas, pretty spot on. Taste is crisp, fresh cereals, light bitter grassiness. Palate is dry, which really helpd drinkability not sweet at all and thus uber refreshing. Alcohol is well hidden as well. Could easily drink several of these.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hogerdijk, Culemborg. Light golden with a big white head. Aroma of sweet malts and some fruit. Sweet taste with some light stringent bitterness. Nice fruity aftertaste. Decent tripel.
