Pours deep golden with white, quickly dissipating head. Sweet aroma. At first sip it has that unmistakeable Belgian flavour, but unfortunately that quickly gives way to a chemical aftertaste. Not pleasant.

Cloudy pale yellow with good carbonation, though the top disappears relatively quickly. Some ripe banana, a bit to sweet for my taste. The hop does not get its point across because of this. Medium finish with some acidity. Nothing special

On tap at Dulle Griet. Hazy gold pour with thick white head. Grainy aroma, fresh crisp cereal, light lemony notes, light grassy hop aromas, pretty spot on. Taste is crisp, fresh cereals, light bitter grassiness. Palate is dry, which really helpd drinkability not sweet at all and thus uber refreshing. Alcohol is well hidden as well. Could easily drink several of these.

Rating #910 på Cokoladovna i Bratislava. Mild aroma med korn og lidt blomster. Syrlig smag med lidt blomster og tydelig alkohol. Medium kraftigt bitter. Lidt tynd.

Stubby bottle, 330 ml, at home. Into a tulip glass, ABV 8% Bright golden yellow colour, a tad hazy on the body. White head, maybe two fingers tall, but froathy, with low retention. Light lacing left on the glass. Aroma of malts, sugar, some floral notes too. Taste is the same, very malty and sweet, with sugar, flowers, something old. Medium body, quite carbonated. Overall okay, nothing exciting, still drinks good.

33cl bottle. Cloudy light golden with a big head with big bubbles. NOSE : Zest and citrus are dominating the fruit aromas. Biscuit and wet hay. Sweet cheese cake. Apricot and banana. Delicate wood resin. SIP : the beer is well carbonated and has a medium body. It has a typical creamy sweet palate that carries also typical for a Triple fruity esters. The beer is well balanced and it is also dry and has a delicate bitterness on the end. The aftertaste is a bit dry and metallic alongside with zesty and sweet dominating character of that beer. OVERALL : well balanced and easy to drink. I would like more bitterness but this one is well brewed and could be perfect to accompany with food and deserts.

Bought a bottle at Bert’s Bierhuis. The beer has honey blonde color and a nice large white head, CO2 level is excellent. In the aroma tones of yeast, fruits and some herbs. it has a very nice hop taste with hints of bananas, pinapple and more fruits. The finish is smooth and soft and has a little dryness. Overall, a like it, but Belgium has better tripels.

Blonde dorée opaque, effervescence moyenne-forte, col blanc abondant et persistant. Malts clairs, notes de bananes, un rien métallique, petite amertume sur la fin, plutôt douce, bien équilibrée. Une triple plus que convenable.
