Test vom 5.11.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,10,9,9,9 - 9,05

Dark ruby pour thick and foamy head. Sour hop aroma that matches taste. Wasn’t a huge fan but it grew on me a lil.

Bottle by 03.03.13. Nose with bubblegum and a hint of plastic, sweet with nice wheat and some orange peel. Cloud dark brown body with ruby edges and a dense, rocky light tan head. Taste is very sweet, candyish with red berry and bubblegum, fermentation again seems a little hot, mild yeast and alcohol in the light-medium body, still pretty drinkable.

Brown colour. Average mouthfeel. The cloves come out, not the banana, the sweetness of the dunkel makes it drinkable.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours dark brown at top and progressively gets lighter to a very light brown with medium beige head that dissapates quickly. Good lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and light banana aroma. Taste is banana, wheat, some bubblegum, and some clove.

Pours a sierra brown, with nice cloudiness and a creamy solid head. This is a great example of a German beer, weizen. Flavor has a nutty cereal element.
