Cloudy, opaque, yellow coloured wheat beer. Little head. Pungent yeast scent coupled with citrus and honey. Light and refreshing for a heffy. Mild carbonation, little hops, a wee less creamer than other heffies, which is nice for a change. Although not incredible, I quite like it, due to tasting more akin to a cross between a lager and heffy, so props for originality.

33cl longneck bottle, Giesing Getränkemarkt 02/2014. Citrus-orange-banana shake aroma, enter cloves and indeed an eggwhite starchiness in the yeast profile, dryish fish. Overall nice wheat beer with the easy drinkability of a Kristall and I could swear this is reaching out to a crowd that had tasted Belgian Wit before...
