Pours transparent pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is lemony orange citrus, yeasty sweet bread and some rose petals. The taste is high sweet low bitter and a hint of tart. The texture is crisp and clean, body is medium and finish is long.

Aroma fresh. Classic German weizen profile. Classic with hint of clove, hint of banana , slight citrus tartness at edge. Good depth.7+
Appearance fine amber with haze. Mid-sized white top. Classic look.
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Semi dry carbonation with good balancing softness of body. Solid wheat exposure. Slight hint of vanilla with grainy backing. One of better weizens brewed now days.

Bottle from the Offie, Leicester. Bright gold, hazy Hefe. Light and fresh body, juicy fruit. Super super nice. Easy drinking deliciousness. Feels great dans le gob (nods to Bish, then nods to himself). I love virtual drinking with the Birmingham crew.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Albundy94 (16) - Paris, FRANCE - MAR 23, 2013
500ml bottle from Germany. Poors a hazy light orange with creamy head. Aroma is distinguishly banana. Taste is also banana, cream and a milkshake style. Citrus notes in the end, sweetness but not too much. It’s exactly what you expect from a Weissbier, only this time the banana flavour is very present, which is quite enjoyable. Overall a pretty simple beer, not complex, a little bit too much carbonated but gives a great experience and a remarkable banana taste!

Apr 2012 - very similar to the weihenstephan hefe, slightly more toned down perhaps. Nice. Not very carbonated, which is a plus.

Hazy light orange, very thin head; aroma of hay, banana; banana and lemon flavour; not the smoothest, but the more I drank the more I liked this easy drinking hefe; score moved up from 3.1 over the course of the drink - would try again to see if it can go even higher.

500ml bottle. Apricot-hued, translucent pour whipped with white. Huge aroma; fresh strawberries and cream; banana confectionery, candy cigs, Frijj milkshake. Deeply beautiful, aromatic weizen with ripe banana, bubblegum, mauby, lemon puff, strawberries and cream notes. On a hedonistic scale...totally exceptional.

Big billowing head on this weizen, nice hazy golden color with aroma of banana, fruit an dbread. Taste falls a little short of the norm for a weizen, but overall it’s not too bad.
