COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Typical in its wheat beer aroma, this classic wheat beer has a slightly fruity taste, is golden yellow in colour and a light yeast haze, topped by a fine head. Its unique character is thanks to Hopf’s own pure yeast culture.

Sehr erfrischendes Weizen. Toller Geschmack von Nelke und Banane. Zudem eine sehr schöne Säure. Kein klebriges, ermüdendes Weizen, sondern eines mit einer hohen Drinkability. Sehr gut.

Bottled. Overall a very good standard German weiße. Aroma of banana, clove. Hazy light honey golden yellow color. Thick soapy head. Taste is banana, clove, reflecting the aroma. Mild hoppy dry finish. Extreme high drinkability, refreshing. Anytime again!

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2015 Hazy lemonade color with white, creamy head. Aroma has the classic banana & clove but also some sourdough and stale cereals. Taste starts fine but in the middle there is something I cannot really describe and it’s not pleasant. Slightly tart with a full body. Overall it’s a decent beer but nothing more than that.
