Bottle. Unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, banana, butter, fruity (tropical fruit). Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. (Fruit acidic). Body is light to medium to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (171107)

An unclear orange beer with a milky white head. The aroma is acidic with notes of milk, and the flavor has strong notes of lactic acid, leading to a dry end. Just not me.

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is wheat,some citrus fruits as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is banana, yeast, wheat, some citrusfruits as well as mild herbal notes. Quite biting carbonation, but in pleasant amounts.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2003 Bottled. Cloudy yellow. Neutral aroma. Sweet and rounded. Some vanilla, but it's dominant feature is lack of flavour. Like an American wheat without hops.

On tap at Draft House Charlotte. cloudy pale gold thick white head. yeah its a light tasty estery banana and clove weisse. i just think an under rated style. love the weisse. love the banana lemon and although not keen on cloves this adds a depth to the beer. good.
