0,33 bottle from 4th Főzdefeszt. Aroma a bit neutral, mildly roasted and there is a hint of cognac or port. Fluid is very thick and oily. Head is fairly thin and vanishes quickly, acceptable at such alcohol content . Taste is again mild, yet complex and characteristic. Roasted, cocoa, toffee. Some fruits sometimes come to the surface for a short time like sour cherry or red grapes. A bitter (after)taste is always there. Carbonation is very soft, this fluid is very creamy. Well composed and well balanced, maybe it could be more complex on the fruit side. Yet, a very good effort and the long lasting mild bitter aftertaste makes good memories.

Közepes, de tartós barna hab. Gyakorlatilag fekete. Sajna ment a csapba.

Fľaša. Tmavá hnedá farba, hnedá pena. Vôňa sladká, čokoládová. V chuti ostrosť a kyslosť. V pozadí čokoláda.

Bottle. Aroma mostly roasted, woody notes. Light cascadian hop character. Very dark colour, stable brown head. Taste is sour up front, thin bodied, not exactly what you expect. Finishes astringent. Not in good condition.

Bottle, bb 9.06.2015. Black with beige to brown head that quickly disappears. Aromas of roasted malts and chocolate. Taste of coffee, chocolate, with distinct sourness. Bitterness is surprisingly low, doesn’t seem to have 112 IBU. Alcohol is very well hidden. A rather mediocre imperial stout.

Pitchblack, very small off-white head. Loads of coffee in the aroma but also some bitter chocolate and roastiness - not much of the promised hops - same could be said about the taste which seems to be dominated by a stange sourness that somehow seems wrong (I Wonder if this was just a bad batch). Some coffee and chocolate as well.
