Amazing brew @ Hopfanatic Pub! Big, bold, fresh and easy drikking for a 12% imperial stout. Really love this one!

Hue sort of black silky smooth roasted imperial stout that makes me think of De Molen. Solid black with a disappearing ginco brown head. Smells of deep roast, liquorish and coffee. Smooth silky body. Tastes of rich malt with lots of dark chocolate and a nice bitter roasty coffee finish. A fantastic stout that covers the 12% alcohol perfectly and should be bought in numbers and aged. Bravo.

Bottle from Hungary thanks to my friend Laszlo! Served in a tulip. Pours an opaque black with a thick brown head. Aroma: Really nice mixture of malt, coffee, chocolate. Hints of grapes, bread, licorice. Palate: thick bodied, creamy, really long finish, fairly fizzy. Taste: fairly sweet, becoming slightly bitter in the finish. Really really well balanced.

Csapolva - Főzdefeszt, Üvegből - Első Magyar Házi Sörfőző Verseny. Kóstoló a Sörbúváron - Házi Dupla Dinamit; A második főzet sokkal letisztultabb, egységesebb, és a komlózása is határozottabb. Elsőrangú sör!

33cl bottle @ home from Csak a Jó Sör, Budapest. Body is nearly black, Head is small to medium, brown, quite creamy, average lasting, good lacing. Nose is dark fruits, light roasty, Aroma is very roasty, dark coffee, ash, coal, light smoke, licorice, later quite hoppy. Alcohol is totally hidden. Taste is hint of sweet, heavy roasty bitter. Finish is medium lasting roasty bitter. Full body, oily and chalky texture, soft carbonation. As an imperial stout it’s relative easy to drink, excellent dessert beer, great job!

Szívesen összeméretném vakteszten pár szakértővel, a kategória ászaival!
