On tap@Hopfanatic Pub - Hazy orange colour, small but steady off-white head. Intense citrussy hop aromas with flowery and resinous notes. Taste is strongly hop oriented but somehow not out of balance, lot of grapefruit, some lemon zest and peach. Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, dry, fruity and hhoppy finish. Great IIPA.

Bottled 330ml (AbM, BB 09/2016)
Dark amber color, good creamy off-white head and lots of lace. Nose starts with must dry yeastyness, but when it opens up it gets resiny-hoppy aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Resiny with sweet crystal maltyness. Chewable even toffeish. Long lingering resiny aftertaste. Not totally in balance but for Hungarian beer it is quite good.

33 cl bottle. BBE 01.09.2016.
Pours dark mahogany color with a large head. Very malty and very resinous aroma, some hops, orange with mild caramel and biscuity notes. Sweet malt-dominant flavor, caramel and mild syrup sweetness, slightly ripened orange, bitterness and lots of resin. Full-bodied, bitter palate, medium carbonation, alcohol well hidden. Not too fresh anymore but a positive surprise still.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. BBE 09/2016. Pours dark reddish orange with a thick white head. Aroma of aged herbal hops, caramely malts, toffee, pine and resin. Taste is sweet, caramely malty and heavily resinous with some herbal notes, grass and pine, hints of tartness. Finish is crisp, malty and sweetish with some caramel, toffee, pine and loads of herbal resinous hops. A bit unbalanced, doesn’t feel very fresh.

Bottle from Rehills of Jesmond. Pours copper coloured with a big frothy cream head. Juicy tropical fruit aroma with mango, grapefruit and a little pine. The taste is quite dank with pine, mango, moderate spice and caramel. Some aniseed as well and a little booziness coming through. Nice bitter finish. Very good.

Hazy amber Brown colour. Fluffy white head. At the nose, notes of pine, hops flower and mountain trees are well mixed with notes of caramel and chestnuts honey. In mouth is medium bodied, the high abv is quite well hidden . The sweetness and the bitterness, work nice together, creating a enjoyable double Ipa
