330ml bottle. PoursA amber orange but relatively clear. Strong fruity aroma that leads to a full taste. Hoppy but not too bitter, good balance with the sweetness but with a lingering fresh aftertaste. Will buy again.

dambor (100) - Berlin, GERMANY - JAN 31, 2015
Pours copper with a large head, disappearing pretty fast. Aroma: very nice herbish and grass aromas (maybe also some elderberry as mentioned in the description on the bottle label?), with some white sweet fruit in the background. Taste: also pretty herbish and much grass, with the hoppy aftertaste remaining for a long time. Alvohol is very well hidden. Nice one!

330ml bottle (Koht Winter Auction, Tallinn)
Pours a hazy to cloudy rich orange with a large spongey off-white head. (3 for the muddier one, 4 for the clearer one.) I can smell the almost-rotting overripe fruit as I pour. The carbonation and over-ripeness make me fear this will be sour, not a good omen. However, in the glass it’s just the sweet fruitiness, with a bit of yeastiness, some caramel. Much later, I get some herbally-bitter vegetables, and even nettle leaves. Palate is full, but with high carbonation. Very nutty taste - walnut and walnut papers. Anna’s clearer glass had a less muddled taste, my cloudier one was a little stodgy, some slight muddiness from the yeast. Flapjacky sweet malts. Hoppiness very bitter, aggressive at times, but not quite over-the-top. It was BB 2015-01-01, so had 10 days to go, but the aromatic hops had presumably faded quite a lot. Finish walnut-papery and tinglingly bitter, rather pleasant. Drinkability not so high. This might be a good starting point for a barley wine for ageing.

Sokszínű ízvilág, karakteres beütésekkel. Még a DIPA ízvilágot, jellegzetességet jobban ki kell ismerjem, de ez a sör ízlett. Érdemes kóstolni!

Beergaard (141) - Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 8, 2014
Golden orange beer - slightly hazy - with a small and sticky White head. Hoppy, sweet and floral aroma of tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is quite hoppy and bitter, alcohol is well hidden. Taste of pine, citrus and a slight malt sensation. Not as tropical and fruity as the aroma suggests. Long and "soapy" aftertaste.

Zapach z butelki: Chmielowy, owocowo-cytrusowy, aczkolwiek dominuje zielona, roślinno-trawiasta komponenta. Piana: Obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa, beżowa. Dość trwała. Kolor: Mocno opalizujące, ciemnobursztynowe. Zapach: Dość intensywny, mocno trawiasty, roślinny. Wyraźna nuta owocowa, tropikalno-cytrusowa. Nutka mleczno-maślana. Smak: Spora, biszkoptowo-owocowa słodycz, z nutką orzechową. Owocowość nieco miodowa. Tekstura: Ciało dość ciężkie, masywne. Piwo nieco cierpkie, dość ściągające. Treściwe. Nasycenie: Niskie. Goryczka: Bardzo wysoka.
