COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a new generation of the wheat beers. We use american hops more hops, for this white wheat beer. Strong, sweet, bitter, and a lot of aroma.

Pours hazy with clumps of yeast settling on the bottom. Other than this itís not your typical wheat beer. Obnoxiously hoppy in all regards. No cereal or wheat flavor, just bitter hops. More like a pale ale. Not very enjoyable.

Hazy light-yellow beer with long-lasting white head. Yeasty and slightly hoppy and fruity aroma - kind of tart and unballanced as well. Tastewise it is metallic, yeasty, kind of fruity and not very bitter. Not especially good.

330ml bottle (Koht Xmas Auction, Tallinn)
Opened with a hint of sourness, more in the pour. In the glass itís very dishwatery. Some sweetnes, but some yeastiness and minerals too. Pale straw, hazy-to-cloudy brief fizzy head. Whereís the wheatís head-retention gone? Fizzy palate, very watery. Carbonic acid is the first experience. Some wheatiness, and some bitter hops, yeasty too. This is like a shitty imperialised wit. Not a huge fan of wits, not a huge fan of just throwing more hops in, and not a huge fan of shitty renditions of anything. These guys should find their core competence, and focus on that, rather than faffing around with something supposedly exciting.

0.33l bottle. Hazy golden color with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus hops, yeast, orange, spices, fruits and somehow funky. Taste is slightly to moderate tart with spicy notes. Medium body and average to lively carbonation. Overall itís uncommon beer, at least for my opinion. The reason is probably the fact that this is my first commercial wheat ale ever. Itís not bad and it has really complex and phenolic aroma, but it also has plenty of strange and funky notes in it.
