Bottle.... Poured pale, hazy yellow with a nice white head. Nose had yeast musk and smoke. Nice acidity and tartness right up front. Some wheaten sweetness, sour apples, smoked apples, smoked sugars and grains. Candied sweetness. Super solid. A few of my favorite styles merged here and I wasn’t disappointed.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head that disappears immediately. Aroma has light smokiness with a faint tart note. Flavor is notably smoky, tartness is light almost lost...wheaty. mouthfeel is light and the finish i smoky/wheaty/creamy.

Glowing yellow with NO HEAD AT ALL. A bit unsettling in appearance, the nose is even stranger (I’m not a smoked beer fan) with smoke and tomato juice (I know, I need to pick up some beer judging vocabulary). Flavor is sharp with a big citrusy presence and a bit more smoke but that is not disturbing. In the end I’m enjoying this more than I thought I would so don’t fear the smoke and give this one a try.

Pours a nice peachy yellow color with a finger or two of fizzy foam. Aromas of smoked malts, citrusy fruit, and earthy yeasty spice... On the palate this beer pulls from a variety of different styles with a earthy smokey rausch start rolling into a nice round cereal malt and tangy lime berliner mid palate that all gets cleaned up by bright belgian saison yeast with citrus and another glimpse of smokey wood on the finish. Damn this beer was made for the early autumn campfires

C’est bière blonde, si on ne la provoque pas, elle ne mousse pas. En la versant de plus haut, elle cède et nous donne une mousse. Semblable à du jus de pomme. Ces odeurs sont très agréables. Ça sent la salade de fruits, accompagnée de pointes fumées et acidulées, alors qu’un arôme de levure tape du doigt. En bouche, le fruit de la passion tient le haut du pavé, accompagné d’un goût d’ananas pas aasez mûr. Ce n’est pas costaud en bouche, mais c’est satisfaisant. L’arrière-goût est acidulé, comme une bonne limonade. (340-060912)

Aroma mellow smoky notes, Golden chewy feel around. Nice pleasant profile.
Appearance clear bright golden look with medium white top.4-
Flavor and Palate : Clean , mid light bodied. Smoky with gentle tartness, wheat elements noted. Light hop feel on side. Very drinkable. Is this first Grodziskie beer from Quebec?

Bottle 750ml. Pours hazy blond/white with almost no head. Aroma is of smoke, citrus. Taste is of smoke, citrus, water. Overall: Not bad. Original. Refreshing and easily drinkable.

Bottle (750 ml). Clear yellow/golden with a small white head and almost no lacing. Aroma of wheat, spices, smoke and saison yeast. Taste of smoked malt (more than in aroma), spices and citrus. Slight bitter finish. Slightly acidic mouthfeel. Light body. Well balanced when you think about all the mixed styles in this beer. Very special beer, 10/10 for the originality.

Sample on tap at Bières et saveurs (Chambly). Personnaly, I got the smoke, along with fruits and malt. Good beer, but nothing really interesting here.

Pours pale and cloudy. Some lacing. Aroma has some wild yeast and smoked bbq. There’s some musky sweetness and a small sour finish that leave me exhaling a wisp of smoke. I’m loving this beer- super original. On tap at volos.
