It has aromas of pear drops, apricot and alcohol. Taste is mostly sweet with lacking hop bite. Lacks also some more carbonation but ...easy to drink. But it’s from tap and tap beers seam hide the alcohol.

Draught (9%) @ Lambic Foeder. Rated on 25.06.2015
Aroma has sweet fruit candy, apricot and some soapy notes. Flavour has sweet apricot, fruit candy and some acidic citrus tones. Also some mild grassy tones. Too sweet but I like the grass here. Hides the ABV rather well.

[7060-20150214] Tap. Cereal floral grains aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a long-lasting foamy white head and laddered lacing. Corn malt and boozy grainy fruity yeast flavour. Medium-full body. Good, quite boozy though. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

2015-02-14. Crisp yellow body with a nice foamy white head and lace. 3++ Aroma of doughy pale malt and alcohol. Flavour is similar, relatively alcoholic over a sweeter doughy pale malt secondary layer. Smooth average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. 3+ Decent, but not what I am in the mood for. On tap at Station Host, Montreal.

On tap at Station Ho.St. Pours a fairly clear gold with a large white head. Musk and yeast on the nose. Medium bodied, musk and some warming alcohol. Long warm finish with musky yeast slowly drying everything out.

[Draught at Station Ho.st, Sep.22] Pours a clear gold with a small diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly sugary, floral and fruity. Flavour is yeasty, floral and fruity, lightly sugary, and the finish is lightly bitter. Medium bodied. Really nice version of the style.

Cloudy pale straw-yellow pour. Massive sticky white head. The aroma is very floral and bright. Herbal, rose petals and wildflower honey. Softly tart but with a lightly peppery character.

On tap at l’Hermite. Pours blond with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of fruits, alcohol, weird yeast, old rag. Taste is of alcohol (extreme), massive off esters, some bitterness, sugar, yeast. A tad garbagy. Palate: Full bodied. Overall: Not too interesting. Not a total fail, but this one is in no way fine. I don’t plan on drinking this again.

On tap @ Microbrasserie L’Hermite (Victoriaville). Clear golden with a medium white head and some lacing. Aroma is typical of HosT (yeast I think), fruits, belgiumness and pepper. Taste is moderately sweet with yeast, belgiumness, peppery notes and warming finish. Medium/full body. Moderate carbonation. Spicy finish. Ok Tripel. Not easily drinkable (a tad too heavy maybe) and nothing that stands out.
