On tap at the Ginger Man during their Hopfenstark event. Pours a hazed but mostly clear gold with a thin white head. Faint touches of fruit, toast and wheat, light raspberry. Sweet, lightly fruity, wheat and a bit of toast. Fruity. Could be pretty much any raspberry wheat beer. But a good example of one at least.

Draft @ ginger man NYC. Light golden pour with some white head. Light fruit flavor. Raspberry weiss, more than anything else.

Very pale golden body with a white head and hint of lacing around the glass. Aromatically soft raspberries non discriminate berry tones a light grape note. Very soft body also very thin with a dry pitty raspberry skin like tone. Basically one of the best raspberry wheat beers i’ve had.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is straw, raspberry and yeast. Taste is lively and crisp, nice carbonation, yeast and a faint overall raspberry taste. Raspberries are not as pronounced as I would like for a framboise but a good beer non the less. Probably would go so much better if I was drinking this in August instead of January.

On tap at Max’s. Transparent gold, thin fizzy white ring, looks like raspberry ginger ale. Nose is raspberry, wheat, very thin and watery with light citric bite late. Flavor is way overcarbonated, light lemon and citrus with faintly synthetic cherries. Even thinner than Cherokee red.

750 ml bottle; thanks to Fred for the trade; pours pale gold with creamy white head; kind of a Brett and raspberry mix on the nose; creamy fruit and stale malt; nice level of lactic fruit and sourness; cherries, light malt, honey, yum

(Draught) Pours a hazy pinkish golden body with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of earth, grass, and raspberries. Flavor of citrus, herbs, raspberries, wheat, yeast, light funkiness, and earth.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2010 Pale blonde tinge red ring white cap or solid white head.. Nice perfumed sour and berry aroma replavs stronger in taste. Explodes with raspberry flavor and sunny sweetness, light wheat feel but good persistence of berry flavors. Notes say ’fairly dry (hop?) and yet semi-sweet.’ Quality is there.
