[on tap at Dieu du Ciel!] Very hazy copper color, with a very nice white head. Poured with some major yeast sediment in the bottom of the pint. Grassy, fruity hop aroma-- very herbal, with plenty of juicy citrus. Piney hop flavors, with plenty of lemon citrus and grapefruit. Subtle, smooth malt balance. Nicely balanced overall.

Draught. Dark orange with vibrant carbonation and a medium-sized white creamy head. The aroma has some grapefruity hops, oranges, toasted bread, and melding alcohol. Very nice, soft palate. Plenty of oily, resinous hop flavour with agressive piney-ness in the middle. Finishes long and sharp with a decent amount of balanced sweetness. Awesome!
Sampled at Mondial on June 1, 2007.

On tap at Mondial.
Light haze, bright amber ale. Tanned creamy head.
Rich malty aroma, a bit spicy in character hop accent.
Earthy, grainy. Neat wide spectrum of bitter flavours. Earthy hops are main attraction. Neat, properly balanced bitter. Slightly different in its style from typical IPA but in good way. Very drinkable.

On Tap, Mondiale ’07. Nice looking beer, dark gold, good head and lacing. lots of hops in the aroma, definitely quite a few varieties. Flavour is quite floral, nicely balanced, very solid IPA.

West Coast style IPA from this up and coming brewpub eventually brewery. Samped at Mondiale 2007. Fresh, orange with a little head. Grapefruit nose. Orange citrus taste. Medium mouthfeel and very refreshing finish. Top 15% IPA.

A reddish dark amber ale with a thin off white head. A nice hoppey aroma, with berries, and oragne notes. In mouth, a sweetish lactic malt, with caramel and floral hops, but a bit thin and short in mouth. On tap at Vices versa, Jan. 2007.

On tap at Vices et Versa. The color is amber with a beige head. The aroma and aste is of citrus fruits and hops with a bit of sweet caramel. What I liked about this one is the go feeling the bitter taste left in my mouth.
