Bière à la robe orangée, coiffée d’un col mousseux capiteux et persistant, qui laisse une dentelle tout en relief. Des sédiments apparaissent au deuxième versage. Ce qui me parvient aux narines immédiatement sont des pointes acidulé, suivies d’agrumes bien parfumants et d’un gaz quelconque. En bouche, c’est tout aussi acidulé que les senteurs, comme si le goût et l’odorat marchaient main dans la main . Le zeste de citron prend le dessus, alors qu’une amertume, différente de ce à quoi je suis habitué, se prolonge en arrière-goût. Une impression de Limonata italienne alcoolisée. (283-090712)

Initial smell is light, setting you up for the ambush to come. Pours cloudy blond with only a little head and not much lacing. The aroma has a little wild yeast and fruity fermentation that burns into the nostrils. Taste is a real zinger. Has that fermented citrus feel to it that outs a big tang on the tongue. palate is big ad varied. Aftertaste sweet and sour all at once. On tap at volos.

On tap at Volo. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a tiny white-ish cap. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and spicy. Taste has banana, citrus, toffee, grains and a little spiciness. Fine carbonation. Pleasant.

Bottle 750ml. Pours slightly hazy golden with good white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is of bananas, citrus, fruits, alcohol, malt, yeast. Taste is of bananas, citrus, fruits, yeast, acidic. Bitter finish. Overall: Easily drinkable. Well hidden alcohol. Good balance, sligth lack of body. A good beer.

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy yellow color, small but thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of hay. Taste is white pepper, straw, subtle citrus finish.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2012 Bottle 750 ml. Pours hazy amber with medium frothy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma and flavour: citrus, caramel, belgian yeast, alcohol, slight fruits and sourness. Taste: Veru malty, but well balanced with some sourness and bitter finish. Nice saison, refreshing and drinkable.

Sampled from the tap. pours a hazy gold with slight orange hue and white head that dissipates slowly up the edges. Aroma has notes of flora and light citrus with a hint of sweet grain and Belgian yeast. Flavor starts with light citrus and is backed by light fruit and grain with a bit of Belgian yeast.

Bottle (750 ml). Hazy amber with a medium frothy white head and some lacing. Aroma of citrus, belgian yeast, malt, bubblegum and slight sourness. Taste of citrus, belgian yeast, malt and slight sourness again (but not a bad one). Smooth and acidic mouthfee with slight bitterness. Well balanced and refreshing. Good Saison.

En fût au Mondial de la Bière de Montréal 2012. Couleur ambrée, jaune. Arôme d’agrume...en bouche,malt, levure, agrumes. Un peu amère. Bonne.

Awesome Saison! Pours a slightly dark straw yellow with some small sediment and a small white top. Aroma is like a grain mill with floral hops. Taste is smooth, grainy with a great malt profile. Also has a really nice floral hop flavour with a small bitterness. Great beer.
