3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
750 ml bottle. Pours a very cloudy orange with a resilient white head. Smells like orange and yeast. Flavor is fruity (orange, lemon), and somewhat old-ish. Very bitter, citrusy. Lingering bitterness. Good, but I was not blown away.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear golden amber pour. The smell is tart and fruity, slight spice, slight malt sugar. Yeast-dominated. Flavor is again yeast-dominated. Both huge phenols and esters, absolute assault of yeast. It includes spice, tart fruit, and ripe fruit. It is an absolute onslaught of yeast. A bit too much for my liking.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours out a strange, cloudy orangey color with a small white head. Aroma is of lots of fruity notes, light tropical fruits, yeast, hay and light apples. Taste is fruity, apples, yeast, hay, citrus hop notes, mild alcohol. The only thing about this Saison is the label.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours dishwater gold with very little head. Aroma is rather citrus sour. Earthy hint. Med + body. Flavor is earthy, lightly sour and citrus. Then it suddenly goes sweat sox. Sucks the moisture from the mouth. Barnyard finish. Marvelous.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
750ml bottle given to me by the man Dany. Poured a hazy orange body with an average sized bright white fomay head. Aroma of tropical fruits, wet bread, soap, yeast, bread crusts. God palate with a medium body and average carbonation and a full fluffy mouthfeel overall. Flavor of dry tropical fruit, yeast, honey, bready. Seems more of a Belgian Ale/Strong Ale then a saison.
