On tap at Station Ho.st. Pours a faintly hazed golden amber with a large white head that eventually falls away to near nothing. Soft herbal notes on the nose, floral and musky. Medium bodied, slight sweetness, musk and tangy lemon. Finishes with a nice little bit of tartness, musk and more floral notes. Very nice stuff.

On Draft at brewery, one of the better saisons, herbs add a traditional ale type flavor, but there’s hops which is good

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a murky dark yellow orange appearance with a cream colored head. Peppery, green herbal, bready, coriander, grassy, orange citrusy aroma. Fairly refreshing, lightly tart, orange/tangerine citrusy, light mango, bready yeasty flavor. Easy to drink. Probably would be fun to beer bong if given the opportunity.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy orange-red pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of basil, fennel, hints of herbal grass, pine, biscuit and bready notes, hints of slight pear, peach, hints of slight coriander notes. Taste is a nice mix of refreshing peach, pear, nice slight pineapple notes, tart fruit notes into vanilla, slight biscuit, bready, yeasty notes, hints of grass, slight herbal and floral notes, finishing fairly bitter, dry, slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing.

750ml. Lightly hazed amber gold body with a short white head. Soggy cardboard honey / amber malt with a lot of goopy, sweet, overripe fruit aromas with a light mineral / phosphorus yeast note. Stewed apple flavor with hints of higher alcohols, a lot of honey melanoidin malt sugars. Acidic and vitamin-like and rough up front with a flabby body late.

Bottle shared by Dan. Aroma is red delicious apple peel, light citrus, and a subtle tea. Pours golden with a decent amount of carbonation. Taste is juicy with apple, tea and slight floral. Overall, this was a sloppy job.
