Draft: Poured a dirty opaque beige color ale with a large foamy head with super great retention and some good lacing. Aroma of spices and herb with great rustic malt notes. Taste is very refreshing with great notes of spices and herb (something similar to coriander stands out but I couldn’t say what exactly), some rustic malt notes and some light funky ester. Body is quite full with some very limited filtration and good carbonation. Very nice beer which I would love to have more regular access to.

On tap at the Farmhouse in Burlington. Incredibly murky brownish yellow pour with an average white head. Aroma holds really nice spice, herb, funk, floral notes, and bready yeast presence, along with touches of citrus fruit like lemon and grapefruit. Flavor is much of the same, with an excellent touch of tartness that fits this sort of spicy, bready saison so nicely. Really delicious, particularly on a hot summer day.

Pours a cloudy light golden yellow with a nice frothy white head and an aroma that is very floral. Loads of yeast and grass, also some banana and spice. Taste is a big mouthfeel of spice, floral and yeast. This would be so much better on a hot day on a patio. I’ll have to settle for now, in my livingroom watching a hockey game in -27 degree weather. Still great.

Elles sont parfaites les saisons de Fred!! Le goût d’herbes est présent, mais toujours bien dosé puis l’apparence et l’arôme sont justes excellentes!

2010-12-11. Lightly hazy pastel yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Flavour has a sharp bitterness up front with a sort of dandelion/floral bitterness to it. 7+ Aroma is similar, grassy, notes of dandelion, hints of lemongrass. 7+ Smooth average bodied palate is pleasantly carbonated. 3+ Very enjoyable. [3517-20101211] Tap. Mild sour yeast aroma. Hazy, medium orange body with quick white bubbles. Sour orange juice pulp flavour has a lingering rind aftertaste. Medium body is quite bitter with a hint of sour. Tasty.

Aroma: citrus honey with slight farm funk, hints of gooseberry, wild flowers of meadow.7+
Appearance: bright haze on amber brew with medium white snowy cap.4-
Flavour and Palate: Fairly low carbonation , medium bodied. Citrus herbal blend is even more noticeable than in aroma. Grape sourness with hint of tart apple. Spice feel quiet mild. Refreshing and thirst quenching.
