Une belle pinte au Grillon. Bière orange avec une belle mousse épaisse et durable. Le nez est fruité, opulent, très attirant. La bouche est ferme, agréable, épicée, longue et aussi fruité. Belle bière, désaltérante.

On tap @ Host 3rd anniversary. Pale yellow pour with thick white head. Lots of soft fruit aromas, vanilla, chamomile and other herbal notes. Tastes like a bushel of herbs I get oregon and chamomile mostly, I don’t know what he uses to brew this one. Lots of sourness too, quite the little yeasty monster. Mouthfeel is pretty light and a touch viscous.

Very much sessionable. Very nice beer.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, blankboy & tupalev - my bottle, via the brewery. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is very herbal and dry, with a nose-tingling tart/sour edge. Medium bodied. Flavour is moderately sour and quite herbal, with a strong citrus ege, a bit of yeast, and a dry, bracing finish. Awesome.

750ml bottle with no label and the name written in marker on the plain silver cap. To hell with marketing, it’s all about the beer right? Well this one screams funky fruit as soon as you open the bottle. It pours with a massive foamy head and there is crazy champagne like carbonation that takes a good fifteen minutes to calm down in the glass. The fruit palate is citrusy and bitter with the malt providing nice counterpoint. There’s subtle spicing but it’s hard to describe what it tastes like...but the overall mix is quite sublime. As I poured the dregs into my glass a "phlegm ball" of yeast (?) dropped in and dispersed particulate into the beer making it murky and bog like. The taste remained decent though. This is presented like, and tastes like, some really wicked home brew that hits all the right notes. More please.

Aroma of spice, yeast and fruit, cloudy apricot, tiniest off-white head. Taste is a beautiful fruit mixture, slight spice notes. Wonderfully balanced, light bodied, very refrshing. Fantastic!
