Bouteille de 750 ml, légère mousse après l?avoir versée qui disparait immédiatement. Odeur d?agrume et ne cache pas son acidité. Un peu surette au goût. Se boit facilement. Très agréable.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy dark blond color, small head. The aroma is very doughy, the mouthfeel light and dry, it has a quite evident honey flavor, a bit herbal, and lightly spicy.
Herbs soup, not interesting beer; I wouldn’t buy this bottle.

Bottle - Sweet fruits, pineapple, bubblegum and light spice. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, yeasty, light bubblegum and a weird finish.

Pours a clear straw yellow with a thin white head. Nose is biscuit malts, a light sweetness and a nice Saison spiciness. Taste is Belgian yeast esthers and citrus with some light bubble gum and herbal liquorice notes. Smooth Saison. Carbonation is on the lower side for a Saison.

750ml bottle. Murky golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty aroma delivers slightly fusty, sulphuric protein notes, a herbal touch, hints of quince. Taste is dry with identical protein notes, again some quince. Definitely not their best Saison.

Bottle from Julio’s. Poured into a snifter. A cloudy light amber - murky in fact. Light head settles to nothing. Funky-fruit-spice aromas and flavors. More tart apple funk. Low bitterness. Dry fruity finish.

Pours lightly hazy golden with frothy white head. Aromas are lemon, skunky and dusty wood, fruity brett, and some florals. Flavor is just as impressive with lots of tart mineral, pineapple, herbs, and just a touch of pepper. We’ll balanced and funked. One of the highlights for me this night.

On tap at Ho.st. An opaque straw gold with a thick foamy head. Wheaty saison spice aroma - appetizing. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The taste is tart lightly spicy saison, very nice.

Süß hefiger Antrunk gewürzig. Auch im Mittelteil hefig, deutlich bananig. Leichte Zitrusnoten, minimal herb. Rundes, eher unspannendes Bier. 11/9/8/9/8/9

750 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A. Pours a slightly golden colour with a small head. Aroma of grains, sweetness, orange zest and herbs. Flavour of citrusy bitterness, white bread, some grains, pungent berries and tart orange zest. Medium bodied. Nice, sharp, tart finish. Refreshing as well.
