COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Hopothesis IPA is the first of many cerebral drinking experiences. Our India Pale Ale is specifically formulated to be balanced, flavorful, and approachable. It can be easily paired with a variety of food and you can drink more than one and still feel quite lucid. Enjoy. Centennial & Cascade Hops 2-Row & Vienna Malts

Packaging says Chicago, Il and bottle reveals Monroe, WI....ie Minhas.....total deception. Beer is a average. Wish I would have looked at the bottle.....

Sweet, spicy hop aroma. Hazy dark amber red with a creamy off-white head. Sweet, not particularly bitter. Eh.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark orange with a finger of thick yet frothy white head. Aroma is mostly citrus with loads of grapefruit and tropical fruits. Slight caramel aroma. Medium bitter and lightly sweet. Loads of tropical fruits like pineapple with a good bit of grapefruit and citrus. A good dose of caramel too. Light bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Very soft carbonation but a decently long finish. Overall, pretty darn good. I would be happy to drink this again!

Bottle from Brook-Falls Discount. Pours an orangey-pink grapefruit with a white head. Great retention and lacing. Aroma has fruit and some breadiness. Taste is of some fruit, some sweet sugar and some off flavor malts. Sweetish without any real ipa-ness to it. A malty saison? Not sure what they were doing here. It was not a pourer, but it really had nothing redeeming about it either.

12 oz. bottle from a M&M 6-pack pours a clear amber color with decent white head and some lacing. Not much to smell. Aroma is a little saopy with hints of caramel malt and citrus hops, but not as evident as what I expect from an IPA. Taste is nondescript, lacking bitterness or sweetness. Body is light to medium with flat carbonation. Wisconsin’s oldest brewery never ceases to disappoint me except for Huber Bock and a couple of high gravity malt liquors. "Minhas Craft Brewery" should be renamed "Minhas Crass Brewery" or "Minhas Crap Brewery"

Not too bad, but it could have used a lot more hops. Bread, yeast, malt, with some dark fruit like plum or raisin. Decent finish with a chewy mouth feel. Noticeable alcohol.

Sweet and fruity. There's not a whole lot of hop flavors that come through on this... practically none of the dry bitter finish you'd expect. It's not a bad tasting beer; it's just not a very good IPA.

Carbonation is the most apparent tasting note in this bland IPA- the packaging is the strongest feature. The bottle design is simple and cool, but the beer doesn’t live up to the neat logos.

Bottled. Poured slightly cloudy medium orange with a dense, sticky, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up grassy and grainy notes plus detergent over an odd blend of toffee, fruity, and caramel notes.. not offensive, but not enticing. The flavor found muddled, mostly fruit and citrusy bitterness over bready malt, honey, and a touch of caramel.. lots of lingering citrus bitterness on the finish.. a hair better than the nose, but still not all that good. Light-medium bodied, bitter, and scratchy on the palate.. lots of residual sugars in the end.. just an OK flow to it.

Golden-amber with big, foamy, beige head / Dry, musty nose of barley and citrus / Medium body, very sweet, somewhat malty and syrupy, with lots of bitterness / Sweet flavors of dry hop and muted grapefruit and orange / Needs work.
