Golden, small lacing white foam head. Grass, hay aroma, like un-dusted attick. Light bitter taste, again some grass, hay but in positive sense. Small sparkling. Traded with Douberd. (Velp 201505)

(Hoppe Artisanale Pils) Bottle 250 ml at home, served into a footed pilsner, ABV 5% Deep golden colour on the body and slighlty hazy to my surprise. Good sized white and thick head, with very good retention too, leaving medium lacing on the glass. So far, so good. Smells fresh, some light grains, fresh cut grass, dust. Taste has also some grains, nicely hopped though, light malts, again grass, nicely refreshing with a mild but enough bitterness on the finish and the aftertaste. Medium thin body, good carbonation, maybe on the high side. Nice surprise this one.

Clear golden color with a medium, white and foamy, lacy head. Slightly sweet, honeyish aroma with grassy hops and some acidity. Grassy-hoppy, moderately bitter, very clean flavor with licorice hints in the finish. Quite light-bodied, crisp and refreshing palate with high but still quite balanced carbonation. A clean, refreshing and balanced pils. Basic, but enjoyable.

0.25L bottle. Pours clear golden with a thin, white head. Really nice aromas: honey malt, resiny and herby hops, Moderate cereal grain sweetness at beginning, with both honey and nut flavors. Morphs into really nice herby and spruce hop flavor. Mild sweetness lingers throughout, with a pretty mellow, resiny hop linger. Light body with a thin mouthfeel and average carbonation. Overall, a really tasty pils with nice malt character, and really well balanced hop flavors.
