I would say it’s a fruit beer; Hell, it’s brewed in Florida… nothing more to say!
I was rather impressed with this “fruit beer,” actually it could be a “Flemish Sour,” anyway, it was delicious! The raspberries were most abundant in the aroma and flavor… the apple was only a side note… a suggestion of crisp dry cider. Very tart with notes of strawberry rhubarb pie… I was more than shocked to find that it packs an 11% abv, in addition… it’s delicious!
Hoppers is really doing a tremendous job with there brewing!
