2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Girl " beer", but Iíd rather have girls drinking this than bud light or some nasty artificial alco-pop. Being made from real pineapple and coconuts, it not bad - its just not beer. More like pineapple wine - thin body, sour, semi-sweet, alcohol present. I wonder how much of the 11% ABV came from fermented pineapple sugars?

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at the Linebaugh location... This beer rocks!... The most innovative beer I have tasted to date. I expected this one to be cloyingly sweet and just downright nasty. Nope! Looks like curdled, yellowish milk. Leaves pineapple and coconut resin surrounding the inside of the glass. The nose is of pineapple, coconut and bourbon. The flavor is the same, but not totally alcoholic and sweet. Good and tangy. Full-bodied, thick and chewy with pillow soft carbonation. Lots of fiber in this one. Lengthy, lightly sweet, tart finish. Ends up completely dry. An odd, but wonderful, bird, this one. Franz is a nut! Thanks, my man.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft - Ultra murky deep gold color, tiny white head. Nose hits you straight up with mega juicy pineapple, fresh coconut, and a hint of alcohol. Flavor was very nice, balanced, yet never sweet. Alcohol flavor did shine brightly however ,and never released itís grip until the final sip. Full bodied, prickly carbonation, chalky, drying fruity alcoholic finish. A unique brew for sipping on a hot Florida day...

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I am still a very amateur beer rater but over the weekend I had the pleasure to rate beers in the company of two beer Gods (Hopscotch & Scraff) This being the most unique beer I have ever tasted. It had an overwhelming smell of coconut and pineapple (hence the name) Appearance was very think and chalky, though went down rather smooth. A unique combination. Extreme coconut flavor and hint of pineapple - strong presence of alcohol - if you are a pina coloda fan I recommend this unique treat.
Thanks Franz, see you soon!!
