COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Is a traditional, East Prussian/Polish, oak smoked wheat ale. It has a bright straw color with white head, bitterness comes through well with a good amount of noble hop flavor over a sharp bright smoke flavor and aroma. The extremely high amounts of smoked wheat malt gives it a tart almost sour taste.

Solid beer with a crisp taste. Faint aftertaste. Good beer with a meal as its taste doesn’t interfere with the taste of food.

On draft, smokey smell with a slightly sour taste. Nothing is over powered here. Unique beer that is very well balanced

On draft at the brewery. Pours light straw with a solid white head. Light floral, doughy, mild smoke character. Very easy drinking. A very interesting beer.

I’ve had this twice, once at the MBBF (cask) and last night at Hoppers, both were similar but on cask was smoother
Appearance: Clear straw yellow with a small white head and some lacing
Aroma: Smokey and wheat
Taste: Citrus, wheat, grainy and light smokiness
Nice and clean, easy to drink

On tap at Hoppers. Pours a mostly clear bright straw color with a medium white head. The aroma is light citrus and earthy smoked malt. The flavor is very interesting and quite unique: rich earthy malts throughout, a bit of fruity hops, light bitterness, oaky, large grain component. Refreshing. Good.
