COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Summerset Saison Ale is made with traditional Saison grains of barley malt, spelt, and raw oats. We added Citra hops to both the kettle and during fermentation-along with complex rustic farmhouse yeast-giving a summer punch bowl of refreshing hoppiness. Enjoy this modern take of a classic artisan ale.

750 thanks to Gription79. Golden color. Yeasty. Big fruit presence. Apricots. Grapes. Hoppy. Not as dry as Iím used to or prefer, but a lot of flavor here. Very different.

Bottle from Sledutah, thanks!. Pours a lightly hazed gold with some orange at the middle. Fluffy white head that persists. The nose is nice. Lots of fruity esters, spice, light cardamom and coriander notes. Citrus is pretty dominant with some floral hopping as well. Nice nose. On taste, really well balanced with enough bitterness to keep it in check. firm malt backbone and dry finish. more of the citrus and cardamom notes come through. Really cool saison and quite tasty.

Pours a fairly clear golden orange with a medium white head...nice retention and lacing! Aroma has citusy orange and pepper...lots of grapefruit. Flavor is grapefruity as well but less spicy...some cloviness and pepper but mild...herbal with a hint of orange peel. Mouthfeel is fairly light but a bit of creaminess...oats...finish is dry, spicy, and yeasty.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a great looking hazy orange with fizzy white head. Aroma is very nice, notes of orange, funk, lemon peel, hey, citrus hop, earth. Flavor is much the same with a light tartness with added grass. Light body with high, fizzy carbonation. Overall, very enjoyable!

750 ml bottle courtesy of Sledutah. Used a snifter. Thick, full head with excellent retention. Nose is lemon and a touch of Barnyard. The taste is a myriad of flavors. Hops, lemon citrus, hay/ barnyard and some light malt to balance it. Complex, yet refreshing. Iím glad I didnít share this bottle with anybody. As soon as I finished the 1st glass, I ran to finish the bottle. An excellent Saison. I really think this is a creative version of this style. If you can trade for a bottle, do it! Many thanks go out to Craig on this one

750mL bottle, no date. Clear gold with off-white, fair retention. Citra hops and rinds, some peppery yeast, but not very saison-y. Flavor follows suit, plenty of Citra going on again, some oats. Dry, bitterness at a 4. Light to moderate creamy carbonation with a medium body. Not bad.

Bottle from Gription79...thanks Dallas! - Light hazy yellow with a thin white head. Fresh lemongrass, herbal hops, light menthol, grainy, dusty yeast...nice. More sweetness in the taste, with herbal hoppiness, menthol, sweet malt. Pretty thick with nice carbonation. Sweeter than I would have thought, but really good stuff.

750ml bottle poured into snifter. This was exactly what a Florida boy needs. Aroma has a nice floral lemon thing going on. Flavor is a little watery with hints of lemon juice but it most certainly refeshes the palate. Outstanding!!
