In a collaboration with Fanø Brewery on Fano Island in Denmark, we created an Imperial Stout recipe to satisfy our own deepest desires. Brewing it on this picturesque summertime vacation island is how Natasha started, and of course we couldn’t wait to brew it at Hoppin’ Frog! The result is Natasha Rocks America - a rich, hoppy Imperial Stout with the deep-roasted, smooth flavor of Chocolate Rye malt. And, Natasha is generously dry-hopped with the perfect mix of select American hops, adding a great hop character to this super-tasty Imperial Stout collaboration brew.

@basunen: ganska lek och mjölkig sig med tydlig choklad och lite rom. God men inte spektaklet ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(22oz bottle, 2 of 3) Pours an opaque black body with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vinous, grass, and roasted malt. Flavor of chocolate, vinous, citrus, and grass with a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Chmielarnia, Warsaw. Pours with medium high beige head, it’s rather dark brown than black. In arome there is some coffee, little bit of hops (pine and herbs notes) but there isn’t a lot of chocolate, and I was really expecting that. In taste it’s rather sweet, but aftertaste is dominated by ashy and earthy notes. What is more, for me this got too light body as for imperial stout. Not bad, but nothing special.

Bomber from brewpub. Pours black with thin mocha head. Aroma of chocolate, pine, rye, roast. Fairly creamy, strong hop bitterness and flavor. Bitter chocolate, caramel, roast. Pretty tasty, bordering on American stout

Bomber from the brewery via PUB’R. Hazy, thick dark brown pour with minimal tan head. Nose was dark and rye malt, cacao, molasses, hops. Tasted thick and rich, with huge rye malt flavors, big hops, cacao, and a complex finish. This one was excellent, and a once in a lifetime experience for the Good Doctor.

Pours a deep dark black pour with a magnificent java coffee colored head. Nose is mocha , sweet chocolate and rye with a hint of alcohol. Taste is bittersweet chocolate, mocha and deep malt. Finishes on the sweet malty flavored notes with a moderately long ending. Well Done ! Quaff Score 8 / 10

Bomber. Pours black with a brown head and nice aroma of sweet chocolate, rye, and coffee. Taste is sweet as well, tons of chocolate and rye with coffee and vanilla notes leading to a sweet, roasty finish. Delicious brew

Bottle. Wow, I should have bought more of this. It is fantastic. Chocolate and brownies with a nice deep maltiness. Some nice hopping to balance. Pitch black pour with a deep brown head that fully coats. Creamy and full bodied, but clean. A black patent char on the finish.
