COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BORIS #100 was made with the finest English Pale Ale malt instead of our usual American malt, to celebrate brewing the 100th. batch of BORIS The Crusher Oatmeal-Imperial Stout. This adds a slightly sweeter and truly traditional flavor for this truly bodacious English-style Imperial Stout, our flagship beer! Made in extremely limited quantites.

Has a blue cap.

Bottle @ Haand Beer Festival. Aroma: hint of oak and (bourbon?) from the barrel, in addition to vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Creamy texture. The sweetness is nicely balanced agaist the hop in the finish.

This one pured a very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma was big dark chocolat, light smoke, bitter hops, and roast. Flavor was fudgey, dark chocolate, tar, smoke and hop bitterness. Might I say this is better than regular boris?

650 ml bottle shared with Calm Dreamer and Skullsplitter at The Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki Greece. Black body with a thin dark brown head. Smell was really intense with coffee, vanilla and a hint of bourbon (???). After a while, alcohol notes were appearing when we shaked the glass. Taste was phenomenal, with coffee, maybe some dark chocolate, dark fruits, cherries, plums, berries, some vanilla, some bourbon!!! Holly #$%!!! Strong aftertaste, very sweet. Full body with medium alcohol!!!

Bottle. Oily black pour with a scattered tan slick of foam. Dense, bitter chocolate and roast in the aroma with light hop bitterness into the finish. Taste is heavy chocolate with some alcohol heat and spice followed by some darker malt and light bitterness. Clean, lightly coating mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Black-colored with a bit of brown foam. Lovely roasty aroma with lots of dark chocolate, a bit of liqueur-like booziness, notes of dark fruits and a bit of licorice. Sweet roasty flavor, quite burnt, a bit alcoholic, with lots of dark chocolate. Full-bodied. A good Imperial Stout, a very pleasant sipper.
