A very easy, drinkable imperial. Full of great cappucino, cafe au lait, oatmeal, and cedar. It is slightly over carbonated, but acceptable. Also, the ABV is well incorporated, could be higher though. The IBU’s are slightly weak, but lend to the easy drinkability.

mice (782) - FINLAND - JUL 21, 2016
Samalla olut on kuitenkin kuivatun hedelmäinen, mikä tuo kivaa kontrastia. Kuivemman ja katkeramman kahvinen pitkä jälkimaku. Täyteläinen, kermainen ja öljyinen suutuntuma. Hiilihappoja vähäisesti. T.o.d.e.l.l.a. l.o.i.s.t.a.v.a.

Suolainen, tuhti muttei tukkoinen, suklaata ja vähän kuin karkkia löytyisi seasta.

Ever pout out motor oil? That’s this beer. And it’s so good, but thick and dense. Pours a slight tan head. Strong and deep, great for a cold winter’s night.

Shared 22 oz. bottle. Pours almost black with a dark, chocolatey tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, and alcohol. Heavy body. Finish starts sweet and ends boozy and acidic; ABV is apparent. Still, it’s quite good.

Tap at Fermentoren. Very roasted aroma, malty; riped fruits, brown suger. The flavours starts sweet but finish very bitter. The body is full and the texture is creamy. Soft carbonation. Nice one...
