COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BORIS the Crusher made with coffee from the Hippie Coffee Company in Canton, OH. Freshly roasted coffee flavor and aroma add satisfying levels of complexity to this robust stout, perfectly complimenting its intense, rich roasted character. Cold infusion with whole coffee beans keeps the bitterness low and the flavor high!

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2016 Keg at Craft Holborn. It pours jet black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich, roasted malt, big coffee character, creamy, chocolate, toast, hint of dark fruit and dull vanilla perhaps. The taste is smooth, rich roasted malts, freshly ground coffee, chocolate, coffee cake, some alcohol warmth, toast, burnt treacle and fudge with a slick finish. Medium - full body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Great coffee character and balance. Dangerously drinkable.

On tap at Craft Covent Garden, London, Saturday 21st May 2016 in the company of Jackie and Simon Pours black with a light tan actually almost off-white head. A really good silky-smooth mouthfeel to this beer which is shot through with lots of coffee. Sweetness throughout tempers the bitter roastiness, vanilla and a little caramel, but coffee always there. Lovely beer. . A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1
