COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beware! Beware! The Double Oatmeal Russian Imperial Stout will destroy your taste buds like no other. More hops and more malt than BORIS create a super deep roasted and full bodied flavor, making this the great, great grand daddy of all stout styles.

A - 4 - Black beer, mocha head, nice lacing. S - 10 – Great roasted coffee, espresso, chocolate, cream, vanilla, oak but it’s not oak aged, smokey. Amazing smelling beer. T – 10 – Alot is the same as the smell. More on the booze and bourbon flavors. Roasted coffee, espersso, chocolate, cream, vanilla, oak, smoke. Very similar to Expedition Stout. M – 5 – Very thick, chocolate milkshake like beer. Alc present and appropriate. Aftertaste is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, smoke. Very flavorful and complex beer. O – 19– Great beer. Very similar to Bell’s Expedition stout. Less available and probably not as good of a deal though. Not worth the 18.99 price tag if you can get expedition instead.

Taste of roasted malt, lots of licorice, chocolate brownies and peach. Nice complexity, peeling off layers of tastes here. Oily texture, mildly carbonated, a really nice IS!
