COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beware! Beware! The Double Oatmeal Russian Imperial Stout will destroy your taste buds like no other. More hops and more malt than BORIS create a super deep roasted and full bodied flavor, making this the great, great grand daddy of all stout styles.

Pours oily black color, slightly haze, with almost no brown foamy head, which quickly transforms itself to a tiny ring around the glass. Visually low carbonation. Aroma: intense, rich malt and hop aroma: first one takes on dark chocolate, vanilla, toffee, espresso coffee, slightly roasted, second one takes on dark fruits, pine, with hint of tangerine. Flavor: intense roasted and dark malt flavors with notes of espresso coffee, roasted coffe beans, cacao nibs, dark cacao chocolate, toffee, supported with hop flavors, which takes on dark fruits, like plums, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, with hint of tangerine. Mouthfeel is firstly sweet, then become slightly bitter. Alcohol warmth steps forward from background in second half and ligering in to finish. Finish is sticky/dry. Body is full, carbonation is low, texture is silky smooth. Very good imp.

22oz bottle pours oily inky black with tiny dark brown fizzy head. Nose is rich fudge, oatmeal raisin cookie, roast, char. Taste is like drinking hershey syrup, pretty sweet with big fudgy chocolate, raisin, touch of smoke and some hoppy bitterness. Finishes sticky, sweet, rich, big, raisin, cookie, chocolate sauce, char, roast, coffee.

Bomber. Pours Jet Black with brown head. Aroma is Sweet Malt and Dark Chocolate. Taste is sweet malt, chocolate and hops with a dark chocolate alcohol hoppy finish. Very rich and thick. Not overly sweet due to the hop character. Very good.
