COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Special hoppy flavors and aromas are captured by adding freshly picked, undried hops during the harvest. These wet hops impart a character unlike other brews, that is quite unique and satisfying for those who love hops – the spice of beer. Smell the hop fields, smell the freshness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of pine and huge mango. Pairs great with the spicy pasta. Medium light body. Medium high carbonation.

This one poured a dark golden color with a white head. Aroma was really fresh grapefruity and citrusy hops. Almost orange like. Flavor was again orange like, mild earthy notes and nice raw hop flavors.

Bottle thanks to Jstax ! Pours a orange copper color with a two finger eggshell foam. The nose is round malt sweetness with a juicy citrus peeking through. On the palate it follows the nose with the malt profile taking a front seat right from the fridge, but as the beer warms a bit there is a big juicy dose of grapefruit, tangerine and a bitter citrus pith. Really starts to shine and open up nicely. Solid brew, thanks for hooking up a bottle Jstax !

22 ounce bottle directly from the source three days after its release. Poured into a Hoppin Frog 8 oz snifter. I’ve been wanting to try this one for a long time now, and I finally get the chance. Pours a murky copper color with a white head of foam that starts sort of fluffy, but moves to more of a ring around the edge of the glass quickly. The aroma has big grapefruit and orange rind with a gently malt profile hiding in the background. Makes me think of a hop tea. Big, juicy hop bomb. The taste is a sweeter hop bitterness. There’s a nice drying bitterness that kicks in about mid palate and finishes things off. Another delicious beer from one of my all time favorite breweries. This beer rocks!

Hazy amber colour with a tiny white head. The aroma is quite nice with hops, sweetness, malt and some bitterness. The flavour is far from fresh. I’m not quite sure how aged this is but it’s not fresh anymore. Some hoppy bitterness and malty body.

Bottle, rated from backlog. Pale golden with white head. Nose: grass, pine, citrus and malts. Taste has about the same notes; grass, citrus, bisquit with massive bitterness in the finish.

Hazy amber beer with a decent off white head. Smooth and slightly soft palate. A little fine carbonation. Light hops, but as the label says - fresh. Pine and mild citrus. Creamy caramel malt underneath with a trace of lactose. Finishes fresh. Really nice light hops. 3.7

Airy and crispy. A little malt cream. Lovely fresh hops - light but full of flavour. Mild grass and a little pine. Subtle tropical fruits. Juicy peach and a little mango. Finishes smooth and semi dry with minty pine. Ridiculously drinkable. The whole 750 vanished!
