There’s a place just south they call Frog’s Hollow, brewin’ pumpkin ale in Fall, and they only speak in whispers of the name. There’s a lady they say who has the secret, of spices picked just right. With a crying shout, she’ll knock it out, and hand you the Frog’s delight.

Copper-amber color, not much head. Hollow aroma has pumpkin, ginger and clove. Very sweet, thin palate. Flavor is similar to nose: pumpkin, ginger, clove. Feels much like sweet 4% ginger ale, not a 8%+ beer. Probably the worst Hoppin Frog I’ve had.

22 oz. bottle via trade with Brigadier - Pours a clear copper color with a small, short lived, off white head. No lacing. Aroma is bigtime spice. Flavor is lightly sweetened malt and the fore mentioned spice. No unpleasant lingering aftertaste. Medium body. A nice Pumpkin beer. Thanks Nathan.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, amber/orange beer with a weak offwhite head. The aroma is sweetness and spices with cinnamon and cloves. The flavor follows the nose closely. The palate is sweet and spices. Overall this beer has too much sweetness.

Easily the best pumpkin ale I have ever had. Lots of pumpkin characteristics in this beer, but none taste out of place, off, or bad. Lots of spice added in really make this beer great.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu) Poured mahogany coloured and clear with small and white head. Aroma contained ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and other spices. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were cinnamon, nutmeg, other spices, sweetness and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy. Quite balanced and alcohol was quite well hidden.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is light caramelish at first with a distinct ginger note following. Flavour starts sweet, followed by the ginger and on back of the tongue a more pronounced note of nutmeg. Integrated notes of cloves and cinnamon along the way. Slight building bite into the finish. Lasting spiced impression. Too much for my liking.
