Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, perfume - soap, moderate to heavy spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg, light ginger. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy spicy, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100206]

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of spices - cinnamon as well as notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spices - cinnamon, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear amber with a rough off-white head. Extremely sweet aroma of cinnamon. Medium body, sweet cinnamon sugar - the nutmeg and ginger is a little subdued, but this really is a spice job. Warming alcoholic finish. 080210

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is spices (cinnamon and porridge actually). That’s about it. Flavour is cinnamon, quite xmas spicy and actually not very balanced for once. Quite ok, even though a bit alcoholic.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear nut brown, minimal head. Sheer gingersnap aroma. Sweetish with rounded mouthfeel and medium-full body. Gingerm, cinnamon and dough. Very simplistic flavour of only gingersnap cookies. Low bitterness. An overspiced beer with a flavour better suited for cookies.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Feb 2010. Pours pours clear amber with a small off white creamy head. Nose is glogg and cinnamon. Smooth and medium full palate. Dry and one dimensional spiced with a touch of alcohol to finish it off.
