22oz bottle, i got this from Shoky and shared it with the barreled version at a Nobi tasting .. . Pours a deep amber maroon .. . light foam .. . spiced up! lots of christmas and grandma spices .. . mild mouth .. . if you like heavily spiced beers then this is a good one, but a bit overdone for me- good to share .. . . if you don’t like your job, you don’t go on strike. You just go in every day and do it really half-assed. That’s the American way.

MIBRomeo (2351) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Effervescent brownish amber pour with a very light tan small bubbled head and some thin lacing. Sweet malty aroma, with a hint of white pepper, clove, and maybe a touch of nutmeg. Full well coated lightly creamy palate. Flavor mirrors the aroma, a fair amount of sweetness and a warm swallow with some prevalent alcohol notes. Enjoyable brew.

Pours a hazy amber/ruby with almost no head. Aroma has candied fruit, cinnamon, notes of nutmeg and gingersnap. Flavor is mostly spicy...gingersnap and nutmeg...fruit is prezent but taking a backseat. Mouthfeel is light/medium and lively with a dry and spicy finish. A tasty xmas beer really.

Very nice. Average brown pour with minimal head. Aroma is cinamon and nutmeg. Taste adds substantial sweet malt. Like this christmas brew

Pours clear brown / bronze with a small tan head. The aroma is very heavily spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger all noticeable. Also, there is a hefty sweet malt that gives it a cookie sort of quality. The body is fairly full and is velvety smooth and has fairly soft carbonation. The flavor begins with sweet malt, dry spices, earthy Belgian yeast, ripe apple, brown sugar and dark caramel. The finish has some minerals and is very dry. Nice spiced ale.
