3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 That1Guy (1746) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 3, 201222 oz bomber pours a slightly hazy orange with lively carbonation. Leaves about a 1 finger, sticky head. If you made a banana bread with hops, it would probably be similar to this. Bananas, esters, fruity, grassy hops all the way through, leading to a dry finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 dagimp (597) - Philly, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 4, 2013
From a bomber w no date into a Duvel tulip. Pours a shining blonde with a good amount of head which dissipates into nothing. Citrus and Funk aroma. Mouthfeel is pretty light but mildly greasy. Taste is strong hops, strong Belgian and strongish alcohol. Over the top which is typical for hoppin frog. Decent but not great.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Nocturne (381) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 31, 2013
650ml bottle. Golden orange with a lasting white head. Smells like it’s going to be quite sweet and malty, with some nice white grape and berry fruit notes thrown in too. Sweet caramel malts up front on the tongue with an interesting and evolving spiciness, or something akin to that, as it goes down. It doesn’t strike me as exactly Belgian in its character but it’s pretty nice either way. The hops must have receded dramatically but what’s left is decent stuff.
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Cybercat (2447) - Georgia, USA - MAR 20, 2013
Pours a beautiful golden amber with a thick, pale golden tan head and lots of bubbles rising within. Robust aroma has yeasty, hoppy, fruity and subtle woody notes. Hearty flavor fills every nook and cranny in the palate with woody hop, fruity and malty tones plus yeasty, citrus and even herbal underpinnings. Firm, smooth texture is quite fizzy and lively. Hop to your package store or bar - you’ll abbey glad you monk one!

Bottle. Pour is a hazy yellow, seems like I am getting a lot of the yeast. The aroma is mostly yeast, with some faint hops. The taste is refreshing and crisp. The hops and belgian beer flavor come through in a major way. Better beer than I was expecting.

Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is your typical IPA citrus and pine, however this has an added yeast smell. Flavor is sweet, hoppy, and yeasty all at the same time, a wonderful combination. Very enjoyable and quite easy to drink!
