Aromatisch, ausgewogen, gut! 11/11/10/11/11/11

Bottle from Beer Geek. Slightly hazy copper color with a decent fine white head. Fruity citrus over lightly roasted malt. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is very malty, though not sweet, with a lot of floral hop. Finishes a bit astringent with some decent bitter. Not getting citrus, but it sure is something hop. Grapefruit overridden by roasted malt? Starting to seem that way.

(Bottle) Pours a clear amber body with a medium-sized light beige head and descent lacing. Aroma of citrus, coconut, nuts, caramel, pine, and chocolate. Flavor of dark malts, caramel, hops, nuts, and touch of chocolate. Certainly an interesting spin on an IPA.

Bottle from Rivers Bend. Poured a clear copper color with an average off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Heavy hoppy citrus and pine aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium hoppy bitter flavor with a full hoppy citrus bitter finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Amber with a lasting white head. Aroma has grassy hops and mango. Dryish and bitter flavour with so much grassy hop flavour it gets cloying - and boring

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle.
Pours a deep amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma, very chewy. Pepper, fruity, melons, flowers. Medium carbonation, nice dry and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is initially caramel malty, some fruity hoppiness, then turns wonderfully dry and bitter. Great to see an American IPA with lots of bitterness and not only hoppy flavours.
