Klassisk amerikansk IPA, hvor smagen er mere blød og afrundet end duften umiddelbart ligger op til. [APK: 4.80]

Huge white head, caramel-orange color with plenty of sediment and some carbonation. Smell is quite sweet and fruity; orange juice comes to mind. Taste is bubblegum, thick wheat, tropical fruit, some bitterness on the finish.

This is a really well-done, classic IPA! It’s well-balanced, delicious and extremely smooth. It pours a light amber color with a modest white head. The head leaves some really nice, cascading lace around the inside of the glass. The nose is well-balanced, featuring plenty of floral and peppery hops, along with some caramel malt and bread. The flavors are smooth, drinkable, delicious and balanced nicely. I taste plenty of smooth, floral and spicy hops but also a nice character of bready and sweet malts. This is certainly an IPA that can be enjoyed a few times over one sitting.

Bottle pour murky amber orange with lots of floaters. Nose pine and floral hop. Some sweet malt. Taste bitterness up front, followed by fleeting almost bubblegum gum sweet. Long bitter finish. Pobably an old bottle.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours a haze amber orange with a thin but long lasting head. Aromas of citrus, red apples-ish and orange. Pretty sweet and almost grass-like in the taste. Not very hobby. Lower notes of sour citrus, but all in all very sweet and slightly thin.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a mostly transparent golden orange with thin eggshell lacing. Smells of mild hops and pale malt. Tastes like it smells, but more robust. Average on the palate. Not bad; might be a little aged though.
