4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is a really well-done, classic IPA! It’s well-balanced, delicious and extremely smooth. It pours a light amber color with a modest white head. The head leaves some really nice, cascading lace around the inside of the glass. The nose is well-balanced, featuring plenty of floral and peppery hops, along with some caramel malt and bread. The flavors are smooth, drinkable, delicious and balanced nicely. I taste plenty of smooth, floral and spicy hops but also a nice character of bready and sweet malts. This is certainly an IPA that can be enjoyed a few times over one sitting.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours a haze amber orange with a thin but long lasting head. Aromas of citrus, red apples-ish and orange. Pretty sweet and almost grass-like in the taste. Not very hobby. Lower notes of sour citrus, but all in all very sweet and slightly thin.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a mostly transparent golden orange with thin eggshell lacing. Smells of mild hops and pale malt. Tastes like it smells, but more robust. Average on the palate. Not bad; might be a little aged though.
