Bottle. Haazy brown/orange color with a nice froth of tan foam. Aroma is heavy with pine and eathy spice and sweet malt. Taste is spicy hops with slight char and toasted malt and an herbal almost medicinal characters. Very bitter. Coasting mouthfeel. Different take on the IIPA style but was a bit to herbal and spicy for my tastes.

Bottle. Hazy amber with small off white head that leaves little lacing. Aroma is caramel, citrus and pine. Taste is medium sweet, medium body, medium carbonation, creamy texture. Starts off sweet and soft, then gets grapefruity hoppy with a long medium bitter finish with notes of pine and citrus. A little alcohol in the finish.

Bottled sample via and shared with oakbluff. Orange in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of fruity caramel, pale and lightly toasted malt, and a hint of pine. A bit caramel and malty sweet in the mouth, with floral and fruity hop flavors mixed in. A bit heavy and lacking in both bitterness and hop character. Too mellow for my taste. Perhaps it was an older bottle?

22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours copper/ruby with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of a lot of citrusy hops plus a good amount of toasted and caramel malts. Flavor the same with a lot of bitter, citrusy hops but a good balance from the malts. Smooth, thick texture. A really good beer.
