Double IPA? I think not...but still very, very enjoyable. This one pours a very pretty cloudy golden with moderately lingering off-white head. The nose is pretty subdued...or I’m just stuffed up...you decide! I found the word "balanced" popping into my mind as I drank this baby. But balanced in the meaning that I would get a deep roaty caramel/toffee malt bomb upfront in each sip...quickly followed by a fairly substantial hop slap in the finish...a nice teeter-totter effect. I actually was hopping for a bigger, less subtle, hop attack and it never came. But I still loved this beer...every last drop of it!

Aroma of citrus and bitter hops overwhelm the nose. The bottle I opened was full of what looks like yeast remnants, but more than I’ve ever seen in a beer. I don’t think this effected the flavor. The taste is big, lots of bitter hops, flavors of grapefruit and orange zest, with almost a chocolate maltyness to the finish. This is an extremely tasty IIPA.

Bottle: Poured a bright copper color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention but minimal lacing. Aroma consists of deep caramel malt with some astringent and bitter hops. Taste is also a mix between some caramel malt with limited sweetness and some astringent and dry bitter hops. I would have better appreciated this beer had more citrusy or floral notes been discernable. Medium body with good carbonation and no alcohol tasted. Not bad overall but still far away from some of the top beers from this style.

poured hazy light brown/dark gold with particles/sediment. small but full offwhite head. ARmoa is fruity, citrus, hops - reminds me of a good FFF brew aroma. Taste is very nice - slight alcohol burn but still very smooth - outstanding flavor might be my favorite IPA/Double IPA nice mouthfeel very carbonated but full of flavor - floral but fruity - Carmel? a nice taste of Malt- just AWESOME - very complex. I am glad I bought the Bomber on this one! I will be sure to stock up on this one.

Bottled at 3 små rum. Dark ruby-red. Extreme amounts of sweet, grassy, hay-ish hops. Fruity and perfume-ish flavour. Smooth mouthfeel with igh bitterness.

(Bottled, 0.65l) Hazy, nicely red-brown color with a medium, firm and lacy head. Delicious, fresh and exotic-fruity, aromatic-hoppy nose. Extremely hoppy, superbly fruity flavor with lots of backing maltiness, but remains dryish overall. Quite similar to Nørrebro North Bridge Extreme, but slightly more hop-accented. Medium to full body with soft carbonation. A superb Double IPA with great balance, yet enough hops to satisfy a serious hophead. Dangerously easy to drink, too, and with not too much alcohol.
