Commercial Description:
Dark, robust and silky-smooth, with many flavors of roasted, toasted and caramel malts. Porter is an old-world beer style, so popular that it helped start the industrial revolution. Taste the history.

Bottle@Home. Light soapy aroma with chocolate in the background. Black colour, light brown small head, fair lace. Sweet, chocolate, light bitter, hint of coffee in the finish. Nice but not exceptional.

a strong hint of dark coca and tobacco with the initial aroma. the taste is kinda thin and gives a strong bitter punch. the flavor of dark chocolate and mild grassy hops. its has its quality but serious flaws.

The aroma is toasted with malt, molasses, hops, and coffee. The appearance is dark brown with a thin tan head. The flavor is like the aroma with a touch of chocolate. The palate is average for the style. Overall this is a very good beer.

22oz bottle. Pours a nice deep coffee brown with a creamy tan head. Great nose of fresh ground coffee, bittersweet chocolate and toasted malt. Flavor was dominated by coffee, followed with some bitter chocolate. Finished with a good amount of chocolate bitterness, a great porter.

22 oz. bottle shared with Madvike. Pours a deep black with little to no head at all. Cream, roast, and chocolate on the nose. Big coffee flavor upfront, but for me the most satisfying aspect of this beer is the finish. Lingering chocolate milk finish. Very smooth and I am a fan of the sweetness,.

22 oz. bottle shared with MrPickles - Pours black with little to no head. Smell is coffee, cinammon, light roast, and a bit of booze. Tastes milky and sour, with a bit of heat and light roast. Kind of blah to be honest...was expecting more. Smooth, sweet, and medium-bodied, it’s a solid beer but nothing more.

Bottle, 22 fl. oz. Pours a clear dark brown beer with a lightbrown head. The aroma is roasted, licorice, tobacco and coffee. The flavor follows the nose with additional roasted barley. The palate is soft and rounded. Overall a good porter with some acidity from the roasted barley.
