Ughsmash (2614), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA May 1, 2008 Bomber at DLD. Poured clear, deep brown with a nice cap of dark beige head. The aroma picked up deep roasted chocolate and a little molasses upfront with a touch of tar not far behind.. got sweeter with warmth and picked up some cola. The flavor had a medium roast to it with dark chocolates and light coffee bitterness.. toasted black patent malts at the back with a nice sweet, clean, roasted finish.. tasty! Medium-bodied on the palate with good roast and complimentary sweetness.. well done!
