Serving: Sample from 22 oz bottle.
Location: Jungle Jim’s Second Spring Beer Fest
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Wheat with some musty qualities.
Appearance: Opaque cloudy gold color, small white head/crown.
Flavor: Wheat; light banana and clove; some sort of earthly twist including a peculiar sourness/fruitiness similar to what a Belgian Wit might have.
Palate: Medium-light to medium, nicely carbonated.
Overall: A very unique and memorable wheat beer. It really isn’t a German Hefe or an American Wheat. There are many unique twists in this beer. I purchased a 22 oz bottle at Jungle Jim’s to revisit very soon...
Specifications: 6.0% a/v, 58 OG, 14 FG, 12 IBU.

Pours very hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Faint but pleasant aroma of banana, clove, citrus and wheat. Taste is more heavy on the spice, mostly clove, some coriander. Finishes with a mini burst of citrus. Nice and crisp, moderate carbonation. Good summer brew. decaturstevo (1134), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jul 15, 2008 Golden pour with hints of orange. Pretty large corn aroma, with lemon, and light clove. Nice corriander and clove flavor. A tad fizzy and thin but very drinkable. alexsdad06 (558), Ohio, USA Jul 5, 2008 22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a smaller white head. The arome is moderately sweet malt, fruity, and grass. The flavor is the same moderately sweet malt, moderately spicey (pepper, clove), banana, and dough. This is fairly crisp and easy to drink.
