It is balanced with judicious amounts of Hallertau and Nugget hops to make it a highly drinkable beer. For those who visualize brewing south of the border, it is brewed in the time-honored Viennese tradition of Mexico, and is comparable to a Negra Modelo or a Dos Equis Amber, with an alcohol by volume of about 5.2%.
