Brewed for Sacramento Beer Week
A hopped-up American-style Stout, with a suitably complex malt bill to support the noble aroma with licorice and citrusy notes of Mt. Rainier hops. Available March 1, only at Hoppy Brewing Co.

Deep black in color with tan head... Aroma of roasted malt aroma... Flavor is burnt roasted malts, heavy chocolate malts, very prevalent notes of black coffee... Bitter finish, coffee bitterness more prevalent than hop finish... Pretty solid

Tap at the brewpub. Pours black with garnet notes in the glass and a creamy tan head. Strong aromas of burnt malt and hop bitter. Med + body. Creamy black malt flavor, possibly with some coffee, and definitely with a lot of hop bitter. Don’t think it’s burnt malt bitter. Drinks smooth and hoppy. Nice.
