Aroma is banana and clove, tangy. Appearance is hazy golden brown. Taste is a pleasant banana and clove wheat, hint of citrus. Palate is medium with nice depth. Enjoy the flavors well after the drink. Overall a very nice German Hefe. One of the few beers I have had from this brewer that isnt a cluster-f.

Sample at the brewpub on 8/7/10. Hazy yellow pour with a medium white head. Banana and clove nose as expected; not much else going on. Banana and clove flavor with even more banana in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head and a lemon on top. There is a traditioanl banana flavor, very yeasty with a dry finish.

~Pours a cloudy golden color with creamy white head. ~Strong coriander yeast scent with sweet malts. ~Banana clove flavor with strong notes of yeast. ~Light feel, clean citrus like finish. ~This is a nice Hefe. Not my favorite style, but enjoyable.
