COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Is a unique, all-natural style of beer that currently falls under the category of a Specialty Ale. In other words, there is no true category for this beer... Characterized by its distinctive Mount Hood hop aroma and beautiful blonde color, Liquid Sunshine™ is brewed at a low temperature to create a nice lite dry finish. Using only the finest 2-row malted barley, wheat, rye, and great northwestern grown hops, this combination results in a clean, crisp, and uniquely refreshing beer.

Yellow pour, white head. LIght citrusy notes up front followed by spent hops, lots of yeast, some odd spice and plastic notes. Not really very good IMO.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear deep golden pour with a medium white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malt and hops. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, herbs and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle, 22oz. into pint glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow, minimal white head. Aroma is yeasty, dough, and some cooked vegetable. Some cereal notes also. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter. Body is light, texture is thin with soft carbonation. Finish is astringent & short.

Cloudy straw yellow, ridiculously massive finely bubbled head that settles into sherbet islands and leaves thick lace. Powerful astringent woody/leafy hop aroma. Extremely hoppy with low malt, coming across as a little unbalanced in this respect, but nice

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of malt, hops, and barley. Poured yellow in color with a large, foamy, creamy, dense, frothy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, and a little resin. Light to medium body. Slick texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hop, and resin finish.

22oz bottle 11/10/11 (Courtesy of TerryR)-33° in English Pint-Pours a hazy orangish yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grains, and hay. Taste of the same with a bit more hops and bitterness on the back end. This light bodied brew is pretty well balanced and quite tasty. Not sure if the bad reviews had a bad bottle.
